HABIB METRO is inviting applications for "Program Manager , "OG I to Manager " for Learning & Development Centre (Lahore).
Experience : · Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skillset : · Sound knowledge of learning function, business environment. Knowledge of Banking Policies & Procedures and industry specific training requirements. Strong cognitive skill-set and facilitation techniques in the area of expertise.
Responsibilities :
. Manage all communication related to training activities (including in-house, digital and ex-house training) for the assigned portfolio.
. Support Manager Learning in execution of LNA data collection and implementation of training plan for the assigned portfolio.
. Assist Manager Learning in analysis, design and delivery of any additional training requirements that arise during the year for the assigned portfolio.
. Assist Manager Learning and Head L&D in execution of any OD activities for the assigned portfolio.
. Ensure timely and accurate input of training records in system for subsequent MIS reporting to stakeholders (including regulator and Group)
. Take timely, appropriate action based on participant feedback and recommendations by senior management for training programs
. Provide assistance to Head L&D / Manager Learning in communication (Learning Review, Result announcements, Newsletter, etc.)
. Monitor budgets for in-house and ex-house training requirements to ensure compliance with assigned limits for the assigned portfolio (includes periodic update on variance).
