What is the position being offered?
The position being offered is that of a Floor Manager for our new store in Lahore. The job will entail managing the day to day operations of the store, including but not limited to: supervising staff, handling customer queries and complaints, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring the store is running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role, excellent people management skills, and a strong customer focus. If you think you have what it takes to be a part of our team, then we would love to hear from you!
What are the requirements for the position?
In order to be considered for the position of Floor Manager - Food at Imtiaz Super Market's new store in Lahore, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree with minimum 5 years' experience working in a food-related role in a supervisory capacity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- A commitment to providing excellent customer service
- A positive, can-do attitude
