- Manage, orchestrate, and ensure that discussions, and dialogues among team members have a healthy and timely closure without effecting squad’s culture
- Provide support to the team using a servant leadership style, whenever required lead by example
· 01- Delivery Manager – Core Banking
Eligibility Criteria:
- Degree in business related or Computing/Technology fields
- 3+ years of experience as business analyst or delivery manager on core banking, with overall 5+ years of experience
- Experience in Temenos Core Banking is a must to have.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- A transformative mindset with an ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Relevant certifications, and international experience, will be an added advantage
- International experience, will be an added advantage

- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

- Technical experience on credit card system and acquiring role
- Well versed with banking products and processes
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- A transformative mindset with an ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
- Relevant certifications, and international experience, will be an added advantage
- International experience, will be an added an advantage

- Identify and comprehend business requirements through effective analysis and transform it into efficient system specification
- Ensure successful delivery of products within agreed scope
- Keep abreast of both domestically and internationally available solutions to improve existing services and applications

- Identify system constraints, associated operational risk and architectural challenges
- Manage business and project team in UAT activities. Tracking UAT activities and system responses.
- Manage a team of 2-4 resources, retain, grow key talent and transfer/share knowledge across team
· 04- Senior Delivery Manager – Open API
Eligibility Criteria:
- 8+ years of product management experience in FinTech / Payments / FIs or in a similar role, with overall experience of 10+ years in delivery/project management, preferably from non-Banking background
- Degree in business related or Computing/Technology fields
- Well versed with API economy concepts and API integrations
- Experience in developing GTM strategies and launching digital products including branding & marketing plans
- Passionate about creating new products / solutions.
- Well researched and updated on new FinTech trends
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills

- Lead through Open API platform / products development, while coordinating with software development teams and other IT & business units
- Formulate and execute marketing & branding plans, organize roadshows on available products with FinTechs and SMEs
- Foster an effective working relationship with regulators to influence the Open API agenda as per Bank’s direction
- Work with FinTech / SME’s for quarterly onboarding on the platform
- Manage and maintain good working relationship with key internal and external stakeholders
- Manage a directorate for 3-6 people consisting of Engineers, Bas etc.
