QUALIFICATION
LLB/LLM from HEC recognized institute
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of experience
DESIRED SKILLS
- To undertake vetting and finalization of legal documentation and providing legal opinions to stakeholders, handling litigation etc.
- To review and to give legal opinions on draft agreements, contracts, bank guarantees etc.
- Legal Opinion on all lease, finance and charge related matters and review of documents including property documents offered as security, leases.
- Litigation handling, to give opinion on deceased accounts, account opening, FBR/FIA/NAB related queries and other day to day legal issues.
