We are looking for candidates for the position of Customer Marketing Executive at our Head Office in Karachi.
Responsibilities:
* Work on bringing back the lapsed customers
* Focus on the experience and success of current customers
* Analyzing the available data to make informed decisions
* Educate & build awareness among customers about our products & services
* Build on brand partnerships to add more value to customer programs
* Managing system & liaison with store & IT team for smooth implementation of Loyalty program
Requirements:
- Should have a BBA/MBA/BS/MS in Management Sciences along with 2 to 3 years of working experience in the relevant field.
Skills & Competencies:
* Great interpersonal & negotiation skills
* Must be a self-starter, with strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal direction
* Have previously work on branding activities bring new clients onboard.
