HBL is looking to hire a Manager Ethics and Conduct in Human Resources Function , Karachi who will be responsible for assisting the Head of Department in promoting Customer Centricity and Accountability Drive, Value based culture within the bank and acting as a Change Agent for the Bank.
Job Details:
• Develop E&C functional relationship relating to customer complaints with inter alia key stakeholders Service Quality, Field covering both Branch Banking, Branch Operations , HR (ER)
• Policy development –Fair Treatment to Customer (FTC) Policy & Conduct Assessment Framework (CAF), Disciplinary Policy, Staff Service Rules, Others-Customer related guidelines
• Review customer related Investigation Reports, RCA’s, to unearth conduct issues and themes for necessary action
• Conduct trainings and awareness/ dialogue sessions with Regions/branches related to key learnings from Customer Services perspective
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience: 10 years’ banking /financial sector/ regulatory experience preferably in Branch Operations, Service Quality (CRU), COPC, Business Compliance and Branch Audits
