We are hiring for the position of: Assistant Manager – Customer First Department
Qualification:- Minimum Education – Bachelors of Engineering
Minimum Experience:- Minimum 1 year
Responsibilities include:
- Timely insurance of FTR with OFP recovery for early resolution through Quality Department
- Weekly monitoring of the after sales product complaints trends (DTRs), reporting & sharing with management
- To support dealers and field team in all service related activities (especially EDER)
- Organize regional service meetings, planning & execution of quality review meetings periodically and ensure timely completion of technical audits
- Responsible for submission of technical scores for submission with CR
- Issuing of local service bulletins to dealerships on case to case basis
