HBL is looking to hire a Governance and Infrastructure Manager for China Business Function, Karachi who will be responsible for improving consistency and efficiency of delivery in relation to Governance and Infrastructure projects/initiatives. This role entails proactively managing multiple complex projects to improve process efficiency keeping in view risk and compliance management practices.
Job Details:
• Oversee and monitor the implementation of the Governance projects, initiatives & deliverables
• Manage with China Business (China Coverage and HBL China - Beijing & Urumqi Branches), review, defining action plan and RTD in coordination with HOK functions, on reports issued by Compliance, Audit, BRR or Regulator and monitor for timely closure.
• Manage and prioritize activities based on business needs and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and drive continuous improvement
• Lead process improvements/simplification keeping in the HBL’s values for China Business related processes
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
Experience: 7-10 years’ of relevant banking experience
