Job Description
Qualifications and Competencies:
Minimum 16 years’ education from an HEC recognized institution with expertise in SAP HCM Module. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience in HR Operations in mid to large scale organization.
Responsibilities:
• Monitor internal HR systems and databases, Payroll management, staff data entry, loan processing, separation cases and personnel actions maintenance.
• Updating and maintaining time & attendance records in SAP Time Management System and Leave Management System.
• Conducting Help Desk over call/ In person, addressing employee Grievances at work place.
• Updating employee details in SAP Master data.
• Issuing all HR related Letters to the employees, Issuing ID/Visiting cards to the employees.
• Follow up on end of probations, contract renewal and various consultant agreements.
• Maintain workflows in SAP for in house web based applications.
