HABIB METRO is inviting applications for "HR Manager - Islamabad , "CM to AVP" for Human Resource Division.
Experience : · Minimum 08 years of experience in HR in a generalist role with a leading bank.
Technical Skillset : · Sound knowledge of HR function, banking policies, procedures, regulatory guidelines and industry best practices. Strong HR analytical, accounting, numerical & Statistical skills (Advanced Excel etc.)
Responsibilities :
Relationship Management:
- . Facilitate execution of all HR functions in line with the bank’s HR strategy within the specified jurisdiction for operational efficiency and exemplary service delivery.
- . Act as first point of contact for grievances/complaints relating to HR issues/staff etc. towards closure and strive to provide a conducive work environment.
- . Ensure timely visits and holding employee engagement events in the assigned domain.
- . Liaise with senior management and employees within due defined area to enhance communication and provide information dissemination and interpretation of HR policies.
Training
- . Actively participate in the LNA exercise, follow up for execution of learning ladder and approved learning programs.
- . Share periodic feedback on changing learning needs within assigned domain so that the trainings remain relevant and useful.
- . Participate in creating awareness on safe and healthy workplace through different programs.
- . Identify industry best practices in learning interventions and propose the ideas to business to engage their high potential staff.
Facilitator to Recruitment Process
- . Actively support in headcount planning exercise, conducting hiring interviews, support on boarding and offboarding, participate in career fairs/recruitment drives in close consultation with sourcing team.
- . Ensure hiring TATs are adhered and negotiations reflect internal equity at all levels.
- . Closely coordinate with business and HR talent to close the open positions including the gender diversity targets.
