Job Details:
• Maintain exceptional service levels through seamless customer facilitation and branch keep-up.
• Engage team to adapt best practices and favorably impact the overall customer experience
• Supervise the teller services in the lounge to achieve timely and accurate processing of transactions and customer complaints
Location: Pakistan
Experience: 3+ years of branch banking experience in floor management or customer service.
