The job description for the position of Operation Manager at Khushhali Microfinance Bank Limited is as follows:

The Operation Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations at the branch including but not limited to:

• Overall management and supervision of staff

• Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the branch

• Implementation of policies and procedures

• Handling customer queries and complaints

• Monitoring and reporting of branch KPIs

• Liaising with head office regarding all matters pertaining to operations

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a microfinance or banking environment. They should also have strong leadership and people management skills.
