Responsibilities include:
• Incident, problem, and change management
• Applying technical understanding of Windows Server OS family (2012/2016/2019), Windows Server security standards, and configuration management;
• Assist with Technology Refreshes (Hardware, Operating System, Patching, and Firmware).
• Hands-on experience to support associated technologies such as deployment, management, and administration of VMware & HyperVvirtualization platform and Disaster Recovery
• Administration and strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 products
• Good knowledge of SAN environment
• Good understanding of cloud technologies
• Identifies end-user concerns and resolves or escalates issues expediently and accurately within documented time frames.
• IT Inventory record maintenance
• Understanding user provisioning models and approaches, related tools, and directory services;
• Managing Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP directory technologies;
• Exercising due diligence when assessing operational risks and solutions;
• Developing and maintaining technical processes, including supporting documentation
