Qualification & Experiences:
- Bachelors/Masters
- Minimum 3-4 years' of experience, preferably in banking industry
Job Responsibilities:
- Onboarding New Channels for serving UMBL customers.
- Proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship.
- Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner’s accounts
- Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Channel enhancement and optimization by involving all stake holders.
Skill set:
- Develop and Manage UPaisa channel to increase arm length to have multiple and wide network offering Branchless Banking Services for customers
- Developing group synergies of UMBL with Telco Partner, corporate entities and develop alternate channels for revenue stream
- Strong coordination with all the stake holders, internal and external customers for timely completion of projects and ensure engagement of teams to achieve Deposits and partnerships targets in coordination with respective AMs/BM
- Taking new initiatives to enhance spread and more choices for better customer experience
