LOCATION:
Lahore (Preferably in the vicinity of Cantt/DHA areas)
QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from HEC recognized university.
EXPERIENCE:
6 months-1 year of prior Customer Services, Outbound Experience.
DESIRED SKILLS:
- To answer questions and resolve queries of customers about bank's services and products
- To handle customer complaints
- To collect and analyze customer data and feedback
- To assist line management in assigned tasks
- Should be proficient in MS Office
- Reasonable Communication and Interpersonal Skills
