HBL is looking to hire a Business Planning Manager EPMO in Strategic Initiatives and Business Transformation Function, Karachi who will be responsible for assisting in implementation of strategic initiatives and projects of SIBT/COO Functions. Contributing effectively and efficiently in accomplishing assigned responsibilities leading towards achieving overall SIBT objectives.
Job Details:
• Conduct business analysis, formally document requirements and recommend improvements to assist Management in process improvement/ reengineering related activities.
• Coordinate and manage cross functional teams to ensure smooth communication, prompt resolution of all queries and effective and timely delivery of results/planned initiatives.
• Identify and execute against key business initiatives that will drive improvements in business operations
• Identify business problems and provide recommendations for improvements.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration / Computer Science or related discipline.
Experience: 7 years (with minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Planning and/or Project Management).
