HBL is looking to hire an Associate in Corporate Commercial and Investment Banking Function, Karachi who will be responsible for conducting work in an efficient and thorough manner whilst cultivating relationships with all stakeholders for meeting business objectives and providing support to the senior management in maintaining HBL’s strong presence in the local Investment Banking industry.
Job Details:
• Prepare and analyze complex financial models and requisite internal/external documentation (including but not limited to AIPs, Term Sheets, MOUs, Marketing Presentations, IM’s) with support from analysts to meet business objectives.
• Liaise with Risk, Corporate for relevant approvals and respond to queries in a timely manner to provide quick feedback and service client needs.
• Manage and maintain relationships with local as well as multilaterals and DFI’s to partner in transactions and establish alliances.
• Handle and liaise with multiple clients to meet the customers’ ongoing requests and ensure satisfaction
Location: Karachi
Education: CA/ACCA /Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related discipline
Experience: 3 years and above relevant experience.
