HBL is looking to hire an Unit Head Technology Support in Information Technology Function, Karachi who will be responsible for monitoring, assisting and providing guidelines to nationwide IT Centres on technical issues in line with service/application owners. In addition, managing projects that requires any Hardware/Software rollout at branches/campuses.
Job Details:
• Assist IT Centres and provide them guidance on technical affairs
• Supervise field teams in new initiatives/projects ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects
• Ensure un-interrupted availability of IT related services to end users
• Regular performing trend analysis on the raised incidents pertaining to ITC which helps reduction in recurrences
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Experience: 8+ years’ relevant experience.
