Experience:
- 5 - 7 years’ experience in similar role.
Academic / Professional Qualification:
- Bachelor / Master degree from a reputable institute.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely development & update of policies and procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure, coordinate and manage disaster recovery drills (DR) and business continuity activities (BCPIT).
- Coordinate with all relevant department for Internal, External Audit and Regulator requirement and enforcement.
- Develop, maintain and communicate IT strategy with internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for procedure governance and oversight.
- Through analysis, advise on performance against established risk tolerance and performance objectives.
- Develop and implement processes to assess and/or monitor the effectiveness IT procedures to ensure adherence to standards and policies as appropriate.
- Maintain strong and effective working relationships with all areas of Risk Management.
- Work collaboratively with other corporate oversight functions to identify and implement consistent and effective approaches to risk governance and control-based activities.
- Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications.
- Ensure QA activities are performed in line with business and regulatory requirements.
