The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience in risk management with at least 3 years in a similar role within the banking sector. Responsibilities of the Unit Head Operational Risk & BCM?

The Unit Head Operational Risk & BCM is responsible for the identification, assessment, monitoring and control of operational risks within Al Baraka Bank (Pakistan) Limited. In addition, the Unit Head Operational Risk & BCM is also responsible for the development and implementation of the Bank's Business Continuity Management (BCM) Framework.

The key responsibilities of the Unit Head Operational Risk & BCM include:

- Identifying, assessing and monitoring operational risks within the Bank;

- Developing and implementing the Bank's Business Continuity Management Framework;

- Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure effective identification, assessment and control of operational risks;

- Providing regular updates to senior management on operational risk matters; and

- Performing any other duties as assigned by senior management.
