Wateen is looking for a motivated individual with technical experience and knowledge of NMS, to join us as Resident Engineer for Network Operations.
Position Summary:
Monitoring all links on different NMS systems and escalate the problematic issues to the relevant team. Also, configuring the Cisco routers and switching and deploying to different clients.
Location: Lahore
Responsibilities:
- Link monitoring through NMS.
- L1/L2/L3 troubleshooting of client end devices.
- Coordination with Wateen team and client end.
- Generate daily basis report.
- Create a ticket for problematic link.
- Check the emails and respond on time.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- CCNA Routing & Switching Certified
- CCNP preferable
Education & Experience:
- At least Bachelor’s Degree (BS-IT, Telecom, CS)
- Minimum 1 year of experience
