Position: Manager Fixed Assets
Experience:
- Equipped with basic knowledge of telecom equipment and industry norms.
- Strong knowledge of BOQs composition, LEQs
- Detail knowledge of store inventories and its financial adjustments at GL level.
- Disposal process understanding.
- Understanding software integration, handshake and data management techniques.
Education:
- ACCA finalist, CA Inter , ACMA finalist, Degree from HEC recognized university (master’s in finance)
- Certifications will be a plus (Assets management related)
Job Location: Islamabad
IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Managing physical verification plan for tagging and reconciliation with BOQs.
- Coordinate with technical etc. to minimize the asset spillover chances from network.
- Implementation of Gate pass as per SOPs.
- Managing the store accounts financials.
- Evaluating the PAC/NAC memo financially.
- Reconciliation of projects at closures
- Team Development and Management
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT
- Coordination with Field Team for verified sites confirmation, mitigating the on field issues and on-going plan Liaison with internal & external departments
- Implementation of the policy & building procedure under the guidance of company manual according to the accounting standards for efficient control over FAR i.e. for fixed asset life cycle management.
- Coordinate with main & sub stores to finalize the inventory status, future planning and subsequently adding the cost adjustments at GL level.
- Evaluate and prepare the financial memo for CFO approval with respect to PAC/NAC issued by Technology in order to kick start a streamlined capitalization and account settlement with the vendor.
- Leads & supervise the reconciliation activity of physically installed assets with POs/BOQs In order to ensure that the Company's financial exposure.
- Liaison with internal and external auditors for yearly review of statutory and process audits accordingly.
- Management of asset disposal end to end process ( including coordinate with technical lteams, vendors for tendering , asset recon and physical handover)
- Training development and execution for newly inducted operations staff and recurring training program for existing staff i.e. Microsoft power tools, SAP Fixed Assets & NLM module.
- Maintain risk assessments and enforce safety standards which may lead to zero work related accidents.
