Position: Associate/ Assistant Manager

Job Requirements:
• Information security, Business Continuity Planning (BCP) and Governance, Risk and Compliance
(GRC) skills.
• Preferred Knowledge/ Certification: ISO 27001-LA/LI, ISO 22301, CISM, COBIT
Responsibilities:
• Development and management of IS documents such as IS framework, policies and procedures as per
the organization objectives and information security standards, frameworks and international best
practices
• Coordinating with respective teams for the governance and management of business continuity plan
comprising of policies, site readiness.
• Assisting in conducting business continuity and DR drills to ensure effectiveness of the program and
identify areas of improvements in business continuity planning.
• Governance and management of the incident response plan.
• Conducting review of access control rights to identify the abnormalities (if any) with reference to
Access Control Policy, procedure and segregation of duties matrix.
• Conducting information security awareness, trainings and quiz activities for employee’s awareness
• Coordinating with Risk Management team to perform IS risk assessments and control testing activities.
• Facilitating internal/external audits and regulatory inspections; perform and track remedial actions as
suggested during the audits.
• Ensuring compliance with reference to IS policies and procedures, audits, and international payment
schemes review.
