Qualification:
1. ACCA MEMBER / CA FINALIST / CIA QUALIFIED / M.COM / MBA (Finance).
Experience:
1. At least 3 years of post-qualification experience..
2. BIG 4 / Aviation and Internal Audit experience is preferred.
3. Knowledge of internal controls, audit execution and procedures.
4. Must be experienced in handling complex and large data sets, Data Analytics and MS Office and Advance Excel.
Responsibilities:
� Develop an annual audit plan using input from the team and stakeholders to identify priorities and resource requirements for the year.
� Assist GM Internal Audit in performing risk rating for prioritizing of audit assignments allocation of audit resources.
� Conducting process of risk assessment, process walkthrough, collection of audit sample, performance of audit tests and documentation.
� Schedule and assign audits to team members, ensuring effective and efficient use of resources.
� Conduct audit assignments in line with the Internal Audit plan and within the budgeted time, adopting the audit methodology and appropriate audit techniques.
� Evaluate existing internal controls, documentation, test current processes and procedures.
� Identify weaknesses and reportable issues and provide implications and recommendations.
� To discuss findings and draft a comprehensive report of the audited area for submission to GMIA.
� Takes responsibility for coordinating internal audit efforts to ensure adequate audit coverage and to minimize duplicate efforts.
� In addition to the above, performs other duties as assigned by GMIA.
Job Requirements:
� Knowledge of International Standards on Auditing (ISAs), IFRS and IAS is a must.
� Strong understanding of internal controls, risk analysis, laws and regulations, audit planning, execution and conclusion.
� Expert in Internal Control Evaluation, Policy and legal compliances.
� Ability to maintain composure under pressure and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
� Ability to do multitasking, handle and execute multiple projects and work with multiple teams.
� Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, analytical, presentation and problem-solving skills.
� Expert in MS Excel, Data Analytics Tools, MACROs, and Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs).
