Attock Petroleum Limited, a leading Oil Marketing Company is looking for "Senior Executive (Product Sales) "- in Consumer Sales/ Industrial Sales Department.

Education: Master preferably in Business Administration / BBA (4 years) from reputed university.

Experience: 7 years of Sales/Marketing experience in OMCs/ FMCGs.

Location: Karachi.

Job Description:

  • To meet assigned targets for Bitumen, LBO and Wax.
  • Verbal/written Correspondence with customers regarding Annual/Monthly Demand forecast of Bitumen, LBO and Wax.
  • Coordination with refinery to ensure timely products availability as well as timely dispatch of products.
  • Verbal/written correspondence with customers regarding product quality, quantity, availability, batch test reports, pricing, short supplies and other related issues.
  • Liaison with team to ensure timely supplies in case supplies are being made on Delivered basis.
  • Liaison with customers regarding supplies and other related issues.
  • Processing of new customer accounts’ requests and balance refund.
  • Preparing products sales trend analysis and sales forecast and sharing the same with line manager.
  • To conduct market survey in order to determine competitor’s pricing and product upliftment trends.
  • To finalize the price working for various customers as per terms of contract agreement as well as market conditions in case of spot purchase customers.
  • To ensure the required documentation for tenders raised by FWO, NLC, other Govt entities as well as private sector organizations.
  • To ensure the timely submission of price quotations/price notifications to customers. 
  • Customer visit on as and when needed for business development as well as for market intelligence.
  • Prepare, update and maintain the Sales Reports/analysis as per the instructions of line manager.
  • Assume other duties as assigned by the line manager.
  • Account reconciliation with the customer by sending customers’ ledgers details to APL finance team.
  • To guide and lead team members to perform the assigned tasks effectively.
  • Timely issuance of Debit Notes by customers against short supply in case of Delivered basis.
  • To ensure timely payment in case of Credit customers
