01-HEAD LIABILITY
The Potential candidate must have thorough knowledge of deposit products and marketing skills to generate and enhance CASA deposit. Be able to hire, build and train liability team country wide as per bank strategy. Possess proven experience of setting targets and monitoring of liability staff against set targets. Introduce, develop and launch new products and service lines in the ambit of liability. Establish and strengthen relations with Key Customers to enhance business. Must have strong communication and business skills.
Required graduate or Master’s degree holder from H.E.C., recognized institute. Must have minimum 10 years of relevant experience of any Commercial or Microfinance Bank.
LOCATION: Head Office Lahore.
