HABIB METRO is inviting applications for "Credit Manager – Branch Banking, "OG I TO AVP" for Commercial Banking Division South (Karachi).
Experience : · 8 -10 Years of Banking Experience with minimum 05 years in Branch Credit
Technical Skillset : · Excellent market and selling skills, knowledge of industry & Regulatory requirements, Bank’s Credit Policies & Procedures, strong analytical skills
Responsibilities :
1. To strategize, as per the annual business plan, asset deployment and undertake implementation accordingly and make new portfolio.
2. To ensure (based on strict control & monitoring) all new portfolio remains uninfected and healthy.
3. To market the bank’s products to increase the assets & liabilities of the bank and ensure that the portfolio so increased reflects healthy addition.

5. Liaison with CAD/CRMG regarding different facilities, with SAM division regarding NPL accounts/filing of Suit, Monitoring of remedial portfolio and managing restructuring & rescheduling of accounts where necessary/ suitable.
6. To ensure compliance according to guidelines stipulated by internal and external regulatory authorities and liaise with Central Bank’s Auditors, External Auditors and Credit Review Department to provide all logistical support, documents and information as and when required as well as assist Br. Manager regarding matters related to FBR, FIA, SBP etc.
7. To ensure all transactions are undertaken in conformity of Bank Policies & Operations Manual as well as regulatory guidelines.
