Qualification:
- DAE (Chemical) / Safety Certifications / Computer Courses
Experience:
- Minimum 04 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
- Safety of Men, Material and Machine.
- Onsite training of staff.
- Minimize Incident / Accident.
- Good knowledge for implementation of OH&S Management system and EMS Management system guidelines.
- Good knowledge of Computer Softwares (MS Office, Oracle etc.)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify hazards & recommend remedial action to eliminate hazards in action, in environment & in procedures.
- Assist to minimize loss time injury through JSA’s and Risk Assessment.
- Maintain the fire fighting, breathing air & all emergency equipments in ready condition.
- Assist in maintaining HSE records.
- Incident / accident reporting.
- To stop any unsafe activity in operational/non-operational area.
- To assist in providing HSE trainings.
- To mitigate an emergency situation i.e. Hydrocarbon leakages, spillages, any fire etc. in coordination with concerned department.

Qualification:
- DAE (Mechanical)
Experience:
- Minimum 05 years of relevant experience.
Skills:
- Should be well versed with day to day pipeline laying & maintenance activities.
- Clear concepts of pipeline coating rehabilitation/repair/maintenances, capable of making modifications keeping all Engineering aspects in view.
- Should be well versed with X-Ray welding procedures & be able to perform WQT independently.
- Must have knowledge of NDT Techniques used in pipeline inspections (RT, MP, PT & Holiday Tests of Coatings).
- Computer literacy in terms of preparation of excel & word documents.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Pipeline Construction:
- Supervision & Execution of fabrication jobs (Knowledge of bevel angle, joint gaps etc.).
- Supervision of pipeline sandblasting/coating jobs (Sandblast surface preparation & required standards, Bitumen & 3 LPE Coating standards along with welding joint coatings).
- Supervision of pipeline welding jobs as per API 1104 & CSWIP followed by NDT test (Knowledge of RT, MT & PT).
- Pipeline lowering into trench after completion of Coating inspections (Knowledge of Coating HOLIDAY TESTING).
- Air pigging & Pressure testing of new pipelines.
Pipeline Maintenance:
- Supervision & execution of pigging jobs.
- Supervision & emergency response to any failure in operation (line leak attend).
- Supervision of Pipeline Reconditioning/Rehabilitation jobs (Excavation of existing line, de-coating & cleaning of pipe surface followed by inspection for any pitting/thickness loss & application of fresh coating).
- Supervision & execution of hot tapping jobs as & on per requirement.
- Initiation of contractor bills based on actual work done for completed.
- Maintenance of pipeline network spares (pipes, valves, fittings etc.) and tools as per requirement.
