Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve annual regional objectives/growth plans of both Corporate & Retail Liabilities by contributing in implementation of regional strategic plans.
- Maintain and expand customer base by counseling Area Managers/Branch Managers and identify new customer opportunities.
- Ensure that new and existing products features are well communicated and pitched to the potential prospects to enhance sales.
- Implement customer service standards and resolve regional area problems.
- Ensure to complete regulatory/internal/external observations; identify trends; determine system improvement and implement changes.
- Ensure to maintain a culture of zero tolerance on noncompliance of policies/procedures.
- Liaison between branches and head office for smooth functioning of liability business in regions/branches.
- Proactively manage and review the performance and progress of Area Managers and their regional staff against the set objectives and targets for liability business.
- Align team resources to accomplish key priorities and meet management goals.
- Conducts training programs for all new products before launch date with the sales teams.
- Develop and generate daily/weekly/monthly liabilities products MIS reports of the regions for Management reviews.

2- Regional Managers - Agriculture
Location: Sindh and KPK/Islamabad

Job Specification:
- Graduate/Masters preferably Business or Agriculture Studies.
- Minimum 7 to 8 years of relevant experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure to offer a wide variety of financing products to the customers to cater all types of farming and non-farming agricultural and agro-based activities.
- Ensure that the branches are well equipped to provide the best services to local farmers in order to improve the yield and methods of farming by offering timely financing for all eligible items for agricultural loans.
- Build regional business strategy for agri business sales.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Forecast, track and report sales activities to management.
- Continually identify areas of opportunity and develop strategies to improve revenue and overall profitability.
- Arrange creation of required securities/collaterals as per the terms of approval of the required finance at the time of disbursement of agricultural loans.
- Keep up to date knowledge on agri. product, procedures and pricing of other banks and competitors.
- Ensure that branches adhere SBP and other regulatory requirements.
- Manage and ensure 100% recovery of processing charges/insurance premium. Periodical profit, other charges/expenses etc. from the customers and periodical installment/cleanup of principal assets within prescribed time.
- Initiate filing recovery suits against defaulters in coordination with Legal Department.
- Train, coach, recruit loan officers in the branches on continuous basis or as and when required.

3- Area Manager

Job Specification:
- Graduate/Masters preferably in Commerce or Business
- Preferably 6 to 8 years’ experience of managing a Branch in Microfinance sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in target setting exercise and plan disbursement, portfolio growth, collection and maintain PAR ratios of designated area/branches.
- Monitor overall monthly and annual target disbursement, collection, portfolio growth & outreach.
- Conduct promotional activities of all financial products and services of the Bank.
- Ensure and maintain a culture of zero tolerance on portfolio at risk and noncompliance of Bank policies.
- Ensure that all credit policies should be implemented and followed in true spirit.
- Visit all Branches of the area in order to communicate Management decisions, provide guidance and support to field staff, identify field operational issues and review staff performance.
- Perform customer visits on regular basis to ensure quality of portfolio.
- Elicit highest level of performance and productivity from employees through effective delegation, coaching and training.
- Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
- Ensure adherence to instructions, policies, procedures and practices pertaining to the Bank.
- Ensure timely preparation and submission of reports requested by the Management including branch wise disbursement reports, collection and PAR reports or any other reports as desired by the Management/Immediate Supervisor.
- Foster exclusive attention to the rectification of SBP/Internal Audit irregularities.
- Strengthen the system and minimize the frauds that are expected to occur in the branches.
- Ensure that prescribed procedures are being followed by the Branch to avert any inconvenient situation which may arise during the annual inspection by the Regulator/audit.
