HABIB METRO is inviting applications for "Law Officer, "OG I" for Legal & Compliance Division.
Experience : 5 years of relevant experience.
Technical Skillset : ·
· Civil and Banking Litigations, Corporate work, Expert Opinion and other legal queries..
Responsibilities :
· To tender opinion on different prevailing laws in Pakistan to the Branch on different issues.
· To prepare and arrange Registration of Mortgage Deed.
· To attend the City Court, High Court, Labour Tribunal, FIA Office, Federal & Provincial Ombudsman.
· To attend the Notices and address of FIA, NAB, Police, FBR and other Agencies.
· To accompanied the Officers of the Bank for appearing and to lead evidence in all Courts & Agencies.
· To attend the Office of KDA, CDGK, DHA, Societies and other Offices regarding Technical issues.
· Quarterly report to update credit department of litigation in the cases of Recovery & against the Bank.
· To prepare and facilitate to execute the Sale Deed in Bank’s favour before any Sub-Registrar of Sindh.
· To supervise the workload of subordinate.
