Job Details:
• Communicate with all internal and external stakeholders including external alliances, internal IT, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Retail, Phone Banking and CRU to develop and improve business processes and systems in line with business objectives.
• Oversee live implementation and perform user acceptance testing during customer launch. And obtain necessary approvals.
• Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
• Monitor product efficiency and return on investment for product development in order to suggest pricing benchmarks to minimize costs and maximize sales and profitability.
