- Fleet & ROTA management
- Administrative procedures / audit compliance
- Visits, stakeholders & events management
- Employee engagement activities
- Special projects digitalization of admin functions
- Health Safety & Environment
- Budget optimization
- Develop and steward protocols on facilities usage in line with the organizational code of conduct & core values
- Develop and establish M&R regime across Admin facilities to ensure comfort, safety of occupants
- Develop contractor’s workforce and share best practices in line with SECMC’s established systems limited by contractual bindings through different HSE & operational programs
- Budget Optimization & Cost Stewardship
