Job Description
Minimum 5 years of recruitment & selection experience in a reputable organization preferably in a multinational organization.
Key Skills & Responsibilities:
• Proficient with all recruitment activities (e.g selection, interviewing, screening and evaluating).
• Providing practical support and guidance to seniors throughout the recruitment process.
• Communicating with applicants (e.g inviting them to interview or notifying them their application has been unsuccessful)
• Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
• Experience in hosting and participating in job fairs
Minimum Qualification Required
- MBA HR (Masters in Business Administration (HR))
- BBA HR (Bachelors in Business Administration (HR))
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 Years Experience in related field.
