Job Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to evaluate & authorize credit to facilitate existing and new sales and focus on recovery against billed amount to keep bad debt at minimum level in the respective region.
Job Description:
- Deposit waiver authorization as per credit policy, Verification of letter of intent via calls & visits (duly signed by the competent authorities) for the existing & new accounts on board in accordance with regulatory compliance.
- Controlling exposure by monitoring Credit Limit/Access Level/Customer Type for Corporate Accounts.
- Handling Contractual Billing Waiver by ensuring proper allocation of waiver against aged balance. Coordination with concern CRM/KAM as per their requirement & as per agreement which was duly signed by the both parties and Scrutinizing the request w.r.t policy before forwarding to corporate credit for further verification & posting.
- Monitoring International roaming request by reviewing billing history of company & individuals & initiating urgent & Preemptive address verification.
- Handling operational activities and interact with corporate customer’s touch point through specific recovery plan and follow-up till settlement or streamlining the cash flow along with paying filed visits where required.
Education:
- Minimum: Bachelors i
- Preferable: Masters in Business Administration, Economics, Accounts, Finance or qualification in similar discipline
Experience:
- 1 plus years relevant experience
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience in the field of Credit & Collection or Customer Service
- Good analytical & interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and team oriented approach.
- Ability to deliver assignments under pressure and solve problems with minimum supervision
