Qualification:
- BBA/MBA HR from a reputable and HEC recognized university with minimum 60% marks in matric, intermediate, and 2.5 CGPA in bachelors/masters.
- Fresh graduates are preferred.
The selected candidate will be responsible to perform the following tasks in the Recruitment and Selection team:
- Timely fill the required positions across the company.
- Design and post job ads along with the appropriate JDs.
- Proactively forecast the manpower requirement in all the departments.
- Conduct periodic Job Analysis.
- Shortlist resumes, arrange tests and conduct interviews of candidates.
- Manage the onboarding of selected candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with all recruitment channels.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database in SAP.
- Maintain a strong liaison with academia.
Skills:
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills, polite, welcoming, genial, and helpful.
- Should be confident, a team player, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Hands-on experience of MS Office.
