HBL is looking to hire an Assistant Relationship Manager in Corporate Commercial and Investment Banking Function , Karachi who will be responsible for pro-actively maintaining a portfolio of corporate clients within the business groups target market within the global bank network, ensuring that new and existing relationship credit proposals and business transactions are timely processed within Bank policies & procedures through highest levels of service delivery, resulting in achievement of maximum revenue and regional leadership position for the bank.
Job Details:
• Carry out comprehensive financial and non-financial analysis on customers financial statements as part of a complete credit analysis report on existing and new credit requests, and timely renewal of existing relationships ensuring effective decision making by the bank.
• Ensure that all related administrative functions, including file maintenance, regular stock inspections, call reports, periodic appraisals are performed frequently thereby adhering to the internal, external audit policies and regulations resulting in satisfactory audit ratings
• Evaluate the banks relationship management strategies, review regulatory requirements and research best practices to define and recommend policies to support the delivery of unparalleled customer service.
• Lead the relationship with product partners, through monitoring performance and taking appropriate action to ensure agreed service standards are consistently delivered.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Banking or related disciplines.
Experience: 1-2 years' banking experience in relationship management and credit analysis
