HBL is looking to hire a Manager Project Implementation and Analytics in Consumer Rural and SME Banking, Karachi who will be responsible implementing IT related projects and providing analytical support to Analytics unit of Rural Banking.
Job Details:
• Plan and carry out projects in Rural Banking. This encompasses strong liaison with the relevant stake holders and provide assistance in carry out the project implementation activities.
• Maintain and improve operational efficiency and the application of process improvements.
• Making strong liaison with field team in arranging data for the development of score cards. This will enable in creating a rating culture in Rural Business and helps in achieving control growth
• Review and analyses project performance using standard reporting tools and highlight discrepancies against project plan.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Experience: 5 years’ relevant experience
