Required Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Graduate preferably Masters with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience. Should know how to drive the full-cycle of recruitment process from sourcing interviewing and negotiation. Can lead and shape Talent Acquisition strategy and ensure its alignment with Human Resources and Banks' business strategy. Design induction programs and job advertisement to attract & recruit the desired quality of people at different levels and create strong talent pipelines for bank’s current and future hiring needs. Also responsible to facilitate in developing and improvement of recruitment policies and procedures. Develop trusting relationships with the stakeholders. Should be able to create an exceptional candidate experience and stimulate employment branding activities.
Required Skills:
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
· Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.
· Ability to assess the value, importance, or quality of people.
· Ability to motivate, develop, and direct people as they work, identifying the best people for the job.
· Good time management skills.
