Hascol Petroleum Limited is looking for Freight Billing Executive to be based at Head Office, Karachi.
The Freight Billing Executive will be responsible for assisting in the timely handling of Freight Bills while taking into account GOP requirements. Handling of Company Fleet Accounts and operation vendor management and freight bills verification process.
Main Job Responsibilities:
• Handling/verification of Company fleet expense accounts including monthly salary administration verification.
• Receiving is given to contractors at the time of submission of carriage bills while ensuring that the PINK copy of invoices and delivery Tracker report is attached.
• Verification of bills is done by reconciling the supply point information with the bill attached by the contractor and checking PRO3 and Tracker reports.
• Maintain separate records for Inter Depot Transfer and Inter Tank Transfer bills in separate files.
• Posting of bills amount in excel format for Finance department.
• Preparation of customer-wise product movement and shortages summary.
• Posting of intransitive product shortages along with a reconciliation of contractor accounts.
• Casting is done to ensure the total amount and quality mentioned on bills.
• Complete any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.
Education: Graduation
Experience: Past Oil Industry Finance / Pricing / IFEM / Billing experience of at least 1-2 years
