We are looking for "Manager CS Process Re-Engineering" for its Retail Banking function - Karachi.
Brief JD is as follows:
1. Able to document existing processes, manage and analyze data, and recommend enhanced business processes.
2. Use knowledge and understanding of process improvement
3. Lead the analyses of business processes, and organizational structures using business process reengineering and improvement (BPR/BPI) methods and tools
4. Support implementation activities using change management approaches
5. Develop and monitor scorecard and other tools to measure success of process improvement initiatives
