HBL is looking to hire a "Manager Insurance in Operations Services" Function, Karachi who will be responsible for leading and executing the insurance activities of the bank, in close proximity with the head of the insurance unit and ensure that the bank’s insurance program is in alignment with the bank’s policies and guidelines.
Job Details:
• Evaluate the bank’s insurance programs, and identify type of insurances to be purchased (where required) and ensure coverage and limits are consistent with exposure.
• Manage annual policy renewals in timely and cost effective manner.
• Oversee the handling of insurance claims and perform periodic review/reconciliation of claims with insurers/surveyors.
• Manage a team of individuals and ensure they are motivated to produce desired results in line with the bank’s goals.
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree ; ACII, CPCU or ARM or any other diploma / Certification related Insurance will be preferred.
Experience: 10+ years’ relevant experience in insurance industry (preferably in multiple roles).
