National Foods Limited Jobs Organization Development Specialist:
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in OD specifically in the areas of Performance Management, Training & Development and Employee Engagement.
Job Purpose:
To create, develop, implement & manage organization development related interventions focusing on execution part with respect to complete Performance Management Cycle, Performance Improvement & Development Plans, Training & Development, Learning Management System & Talent Management for the employees.
Principal Responsibilities:
Organization Development:
- Execute OD strategy for the organization in line with the organization’s strategy.
- Designs and implements variety of workforce and organization development programs (e.g., leadership development, employee recognition, employee engagement and performance excellence, etc.)
- Manage and act as facilitator/ advisor to all respective stakeholders regarding active or planned organizational development efforts and/or programs performance.
- Provide technical expertise, information and assistance to HR Business Partners for the purpose of assisting in the formulation and development of performance driven culture in the organization.
- Leading end-to-end performance management cycle for the organization, starting from goal setting exercise to year end evaluation along with periodic and on-time completion of the Performance Management Audits for each performance management step.
- Effective and on time management of Performance Improvement Plans throughout the year as and when required along with periodic audits to ensure transparent and effective management of performance improvement plans.
- Improvement in employee life cycle through effective and on time management of exit interviews and its periodic reporting to all stakeholders.
- To serve as facilitator and advisor to all necessary stakeholders for the purpose of providing information and/or advice regarding active or planned organizational development or talent management related efforts and/or programs.
- Brand and promote OD interventions both internally and externally through corporate communications to support and promote employer brand of NFL.
Learning & Development:
- Leading online learning management system of NFL through effective management of all end to end activities related to e-learning management (content shortlisting to content creation, content designing to content deployment and from content deployment to content utilization).
- Conducting research and analyze data in relation to the alignment and success of company goals, which includes identifying skill gaps and developing critical feedback on implemented training programs.
- Creating and/or acquiring training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials
- Conducting surveys that help evaluate the effectiveness of training and identify ways to enhance efficiency and adaptability within the organization.
- Design and implement variety of initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials that employ e-learning, virtual learning, site-based training, assessments, or other solutions in order to support learning culture in the organization.
- Assesses training and development needs through surveys, interviews, focus groups, and communication with managers, instructors, and customer representatives.
- Execution of training and instructional programs in line with needs assessment for employee development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance.
- Managing talent management & talent development related activities for IDPs & other developmental interventions (Thomas PPA profiling, Talent Reviews, IDPs etc.)
Knowledge, Education and Experience:

Education/ Degree:
Minimum Bachelors/ Preferably Masters in Human Resources
