Overview
The incumbent will be responsible to perform various activities under warehousing which includes; monitoring & controlling of general ledger system, preparation of profit and loss statements, verification of customer’s and vendor’s invoices and ensuring timely payment process.

Role & Responsibilities:
•Monitoring & controlling of general ledger system for warehousing & distribution expenses.
•Responsible for all the activities related to invoicing & costing in financial MIS system, which includes posting, reconciling, data extraction, reversals and revision in invoices.
•Preparing profit and loss statements according to the projects and sites with complete costing details.
•Prepare miscellaneous working related to profit and loss, gross profit/loss, & comparisons with various computations required by operational management & finance department.
•Tracking of invoices from vendors to bill customer on-time.
•Verification & final check of customer’s and vendor’s invoices for further approval & process.
•Prepare outstanding of customers receivable by tracking tax certificates.
•Perform assets management tasks at warehouse in coordination with finance team.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
•Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.
•Master’s degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.
•Proficient knowledge about basic accounting principles, taxation and warehousing procedure and policies.
•Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.
•Strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software.
