Habib Bank Limited HBL is looking to hire a Program Manager in Learning and Development Division, Karachi who will be responsible for planning, managing and executing learning and development interventions such that identified needs are met effectively and efficiently
Job Details
• Conduct learning needs analysis and maintain proactive liaison with all stakeholders to allow appropriate planning and execution of learning intervention
• Meet goals and tasks assigned by the center head in order to accomplish center’s strategy
• Follow program management SOPs in order to maintain quality and efficiency in processes and activities; and ensure compliance with L&D policy
• Plan and monitor the utilization of available resources in order to ensure goals are met in cost-effective and efficient manner
Location: Karachi
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in related field
Experience: 2-3 years' relevant experience in similar role
