  5. Senior Personal Banking Officer-Liability Sales

01-Branch Manager

Experience: Minimum 08 years in Branch Banking including 3 years as Branch Manager.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors Degree, preference will be given to Masters Degree from HEC recognized University.

Core Responsibilities:

- Manage the overall business relationship with customers in order to extend satisfaction.
- Monitor sales and action plans for the branch and proactively support staff to achieve the business targets within given time frame.
- Ensure the highest level of accuracy and professionalism is maintained while providing services to the customers.
- Ensure compliance through a sound knowledge of banks policies, procedures, services and system to avoid risk factors.

02-Operations Manager

Experience: Minimum 06 years experience in Branch Operations including 2 years as Manager

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors Degree, preference will be given to Masters Degree from HEC recognized University.

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage Multiple Branch activities in a fast paced Commercial Banking Operations.
- Monitor Daily Branch operations to ensure smooth work flow, and also supervise the execution of daily tasks
- Establish key controls to ensure efficient and effective Branch Operations
- Ensure audit & compliance requirements as per Banks/Regulators Policy and Guidelines.

03-Universal Teller (Cashier)

Experience: 1-2 years of banking experience in a similar role.

Qualification: Minimum Bachelors Degree from HEC recognized University.

Core Responsibilities:

- To facilitate customers in receiving and payment of cash over the counter as per SBP Guidelines.
- Clearing, Utility Bills, Funds Transfer, RTGS, bankers cheque issuance/ cancellation etc.
- Providing accurate & efficient services within appropriate turnaround time ensuring full compliance with internal controls and procedures.
- Ensure audit & compliance requirements as per Banks/Regulators Policy and Guidelines.

04-Customer Services Officer

Experience:1-2 years of banking experience in a similar role.

Qualification:Minimum Bachelors Degree from HEC recognized University.

Core Responsibilities:

- Open/monitor opening of accounts (local & foreign) as per Banks & SBP guidelines.
- Ensure that TPF, KYC & AML guidelines are fulfilled before opening any account
- Periodic review of KYC
- Handle standing instructions of the customer.
- Manage stop payment requests of customers and timely follow-up all outstanding items.
- Ensure all policies & procedures are in place while handling check books (issuance and stocks etc.).
- Ensure that all dormant accounts are regularly reviewed and operation in these accounts is in line with the established procedures.
- Be fully conversant with the Anti Money Laundering and Know your Customer policy of the bank in order to track and report suspicious transactions to Money Laundering Reporting Officer of the Branch.
- Maintain proper record of Account Opening forms, Term Deposit Account Opening Forms and other relevant data enabling easy retrieval in future.

05-Relationship Manager Liability Sales

Experience:Minimum 5 years Liability sales experience out of which at least 02 years as RM liability sales.

Qualification:Minimum Bachelor Degree, preference will be given to Master Degree from HEC recognized University.

Core Responsibilities:
- Open/monitor opening of accounts (local & foreign) as per Banks & SBP guidelines.
- Ensure business development on a consistent basis and to promote banking products i.e. de posit mobilization, selling liabilities products and cross-sell of all bank products as set by management.
- Strengthen existing relationships through further deepening and cross selling of Bank products.
- Deal proactively with the branch customers to fulfill their banking requirements and solve their queries efficiently.
- Meticulous compliance of SBP guidelines & internal policies
- Effective portfolio management against defined portfolio quality benchmarks.
- Maintain steady growth in market share.
- Assist in ensuring consistency of internal / external customer experiences by inculcating a Service Culture
- Account opening including completion of all KYC requirements/Regulator requirements and comply with the sales process.
