Technical Support Engineer Specialist
We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer Specialist in the Customer Care Department of our Islamabad - Office with practical experience and knowledge responsible for working with different systems, software, and hardware and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal departments.
Qualification:
BS/MS in ELectrical Engineering.
Experience:
1-2 Years
Job Discription:
- Report Diagnostics thrice a week.
- Timely Alarms clearance & queries (internal & external).
- Ticket Closure within set SLA.(JSM).
- Up to date with the latest advancements in products.
- Making sure the team is following the SOPs for all cases.
- Assuring 100 percent answer ratio of Incoming calls.
- Ensuring timely response to emails within set SLA.
- Ensuring all the tasks associated with the NOC team are completed.
