Pak Oman Microfinance Bank is looking for the post of IT Support Officer. The candidate should have a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with at least 1-3 years of relevant experience. The job description is as follows:

Key Responsiblities:
- Providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems hardware and software.
- Monitoring IT assets to ensure that accurate inventory records are being maintained.
- Recording events problems and their resolutions in logs.
- Following up and update complaints status and information.
- Coordinating with Network /DBA & QA teams to complete the end user jobs.
- Deliver exceptional customer experience while responding to emails related to questions and concerns regarding technical support.
