Fatima Group is hiring for Sub Engineer at FatimaFert Plant Site, Sheikhupura. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Qualification: DAE Mechanical
Experience: 15 years experience in process industry preferably in fertilizer industry.

Job Summary:
The purpose of this position is to manage & supervise preventive, predictive, corrective maintenance & troubleshooting activities of rotary machines i.e., turbines, compressors, pumps, fans, gesar boxes, accessories / auxiliaries etc. to ensure reliable & efficient plant operation with quality & safety of personnel & equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures ,regulations and follow good house keeping. Ensure safety of man, machine , equipment and material during plant operation and maintenance activity. Organize and supervise troubleshooting and maintenance activities including predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance jobs of rotating and static equipments i.e., (Compressors, Turbines, Pumps, Fans, Gear Boxes, Valves, Heat Exchangers etc) in during normal plant operation, emergency shutdown and annual turnaround. Also review and update PM plans for enhanced reliability (where required). Initiate WR, WO in eAM system, analyze the problem, assign and guide the best suited work force, and supervise the job to get it in safe and efficient way. Coordinate with other support interfaces like main work shop, craft, planning, material ware house etc.To ensure training and skill-enhancement of sub-ordinates by theoretical and practical trainings.
Required Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge:
- Safety Systems (PSM, Work Permit system)
- Preventive and Predictive Maintenance plans
- In depth knowledge of Machinery Construction and Working Principles
- Machinery Control Systems
- Basic knowledge of Sationary Equipment
- Lubrication systems
- Condition monitoring
- Having edequate knowledge of temporary solutions / repairs as and when required.
- eAM / CMMS system preferably Oracle or SAP
Skills:
- Highly skilled having healthy hands-on experience in maintenance / troubleshooting of machinery specially compressors, turbines, pumps, fans, gear boxes etc.
- Highly skilled having healthy hands-on experience in maintenace / troubleshooting of Hydraulic Control Systems.
- Must have abililty on condition monitoring of machines and highlighting any rising problem at its initial stage.
- Adequate skill in mintenance of stationary equipment including heat exchagers, vessels, piping, valves etc.
- Team building, Training and Development
- Use of CMMS systems, MS Office, Outlook / emailing
