The responsibilities of the Training & OD Manager – Human Resource
The Training & OD Manager – Human Resource is responsible for the following:
• Design and implement training programs that align with the organization’s business goals
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge
• Manage the budget for the training and development department
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure that training programs are aligned with their needs
• Develop policies and procedures related to employee learning and development

The Training & OD Manager – Human Resource will be responsible for the training and development of staff across the bank. They will work with senior management to identify training needs and create and implement training programs. They will also be responsible for managing the budget for training and development activities.
