Qualification:
- Master in business administration or any other relevant degree
Experience:
- 1-2 years’ experience in relevant field.
Description:
- Responsible for supporting and updating a business unit on all employee relations matters at the factory.
- Provide HR advice and support to HoDs, Line managers and employees on wide range of human resources issues.
- Overall responsible for HRIS, payroll, attendance and employee’s personal records at the factory.
- Overall responsible for timely completion of attendance of workers, Social security of workers (registration) at the factory, Social security & EOBI support & Exit process, Clearance & Final Settlement at the factory etc.
- Mock/Internal Audits - checking employee files, etc.
- Support compliance team whenever needed with audits, buyers visits etc.
